MOL Lanka Earns Customer Service Award from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers


MOL Liner Ltd. today announced that its shipping agent, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Lanka (Private) Ltd. (“MOL Lanka”) has been honored with the “Best Customer Service Award” by the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (UK) Sri Lanka Branch (“ICS”) at its Annual Awards Ceremony 2015.

 

The award was in the category of Colombo-Intra Asia. This is the fourth time that MOL Lanka had received the recognition from the ICS, reaching a new height after the achievement of the National Industry Award (Silver) in 2014, two awards for the Europe and Australasia sectors in 2013 and the award Australasia sector in 2012.

 

“We are very honored to receive the Best Customer Service Award from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (UK) Sri Lanka Branch,” said Chandima Hulangamuwa, managing director of MOL Lanka. “We pride ourselves in providing excellent services to best fit customer needs and this recognition serves to reinforce our long-term commitment to provide reliable service that customers can count on.”

 

Organized by the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (UK) Sri Lanka Branch, the Customer Service Award is a prestigious award that recognized shippers in providing excellent customer service. There are five sectors under the Customer Service Award: Europe, North America, Intra-Asia, Indian Sub-Continent and Mediterranean.
