Delay of MOL Brilliance on LP1 Service (Update No. 2)

Dear MOL Customer:

Further to our notice of Tuesday, December 20, 2016 regarding the MOL-operated containership MOL Brilliance sailing on the LP1 service, we would like to provide the following status update.

  • The appointed salvage company has started discharging containers on the barge and has targeted to complete the salvage operation by December 21.
  • Vessel repair work will be completed after completion of the salvage operation.
  • At this time, there is no indication when the vessel will be back in service. Please be assured that we will provide further schedule updates as soon as they become available.
