Local Cargo Booking Suspension between North/Central China and Korea Ports


Dear MOL Customer,

 

In accordance with the latest instruction provided by Korea Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (MOMAF), MOL Liner will stop accepting local cargo bookings between North/Central China and Korea ports, effective February 1, 2017. The suspension is not applicable for transshipment cargoes.

 

Exclusive rights for the cargo transportation between North/Central China and Korea ports are solely granted to the Korean and Chinese carriers under the official regulations of the Yellow Sea Liner Committee. To be specific, Xingang, Dalian, Qingdao, Shanghai and Ningbo are within the scope of North/Central China.
