Update (No. 3): MOL (Canada) Inc. Transition


Dear MOL Customer: 

We are already processing your business requests and implementing several steps to ensure a smooth transition for the official launch of MOL (Canada) Inc. operations on August 1, 2013.

  • Tim Harrington was appointed as Vice President, Canada and is stationed in Toronto.
  • Most customer service and operations positions have been filled.    Please see attached.
  •  Office locations have been finalized.                                                 Please see attached.

·         We’ve provided you with important information regarding freight payments, customer service contacts, container cartage, and detail about our service profiles.

We appreciate your support and cooperation during the transition.

We’d also like to provide you with detail about our website, www.MOLpower.com, and how you can obtain the critical information you need, when, how, and where you need it. You can count on MOL for ongoing website enhancements and improvements. Our customer-specific portal gives you the flexibility to retrieve all the personalized information in the way you wish to see it. The portal includes details for Bookings, Bills of Lading, Containers, Interactive Schedules, and a Track ‘N Trace module.

All of these one-stop-shop features give you the ability to find shipment details quickly and much faster than a phone call. MOL has created the attached user guide for your assistance in taking full advantage of the major functions of our website.
