Implementation of China Customs Advance Manifest (CCAM) Regulation


Dear MOL Customers:

With reference to the recent development of the “24-hour Advanced Manifest” by the China Customs, please be informed that the new regulation will be enforced from June 30, 2014 and in strict implementation no later than September 30, 2014 for all vessels calling China ports, excluding Hong Kong and Macau.

To comply with the latest regulation requirements, MOL requests all customers to submit the completed shipping instruction before the ‘cut-off’ schedule as provided by the MOL local/origin offices. In absence of approval or upon receiving a notification of “Do not load” notice from China Customs, your shipment will not be loaded onto vessels. In occurrence of cargo are not allowed to discharge in any China ports, the shipper and/or the cargo owner will be accounted for any liabilities incurred.
