Simplified Booking Tools for North America – Effective July 1, 2014

Dear MOL Customer:                                    


In order to more efficiently serve our customers by offering simplified eCommerce shipping tools, beginning on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, MOL (America) Inc. will be asking our customers to submit new bookings by using either online tools or existing email addresses.


Our preferred method would be for customers to utilize our website: Bookings can also be made by using available portals such as GT Nexus and INTTRA and by email.


Please refer to the following instructions and/or our online tutorial* for creating a new booking: 


Website Bookings

(1)        Visit and login to your NAVI-GATOR account.**

(2)        Click the “Booking” tab on the menu bar.

(3)        Click “Create” and “New” to make a new booking.


Email Bookings

Bookings can also be made via the following email addresses:

Dry (West Coast/Midwest)

Canada Reefer            


MOL has established a goal of processing all online bookings within two hours of receipt of the initial request.


While MOL will continue to process bookings over the phone, we are confident that with the expanded use of online tools to process bookings, our customer service representatives will be able to react more quickly to customer inquiries and ensure that we meet our KPI to answer phone calls in less than 20 seconds.
