MOL Liner Ltd. Announces Launch of New Performance Measurement Program in China
MOL Liner Ltd. today announced the launch of a plan to regularly publish the results of two Regional key performance indicators (KPI) in China. The two categories are operations and customer service. The new performance measurement program in China is in addition to the Global KPI and Regional KPI launched in March 2012 by Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. in the following categories: vessel on-time performance, customer service, environmental, safety and EDI. "MOL has established a set of goals for each of these KPI to offer industry-leading transparency to customers and to showcase our strength as a carrier that provides high quality service." said Louis Tang, Managing Director, MOL (China) Co. Ltd. "This expanded effort to share our service performance in China with the world will continue to show our customers that when they need reliable service they can "Count On MOL"." The first result of documentation accuracy and invoicing accuracy will be shared for April – June 2015 soon, and the vessel on-time performance will be shared in late July.

Operations : Vessel on-time departure performance
Customer service : Documentation accuracy and Invoicing accuracy

KPI in bold are global KPI for all of MOL Liner. Others are regional and specific to MOL (America) Inc and/or MOL Europe.
#Global KPIs are measured for MOL’s global containership service; regional KPIs are specific for and focused on the services required in each region and are currently measured in Asia, Europe, North America, South Africa, and West Africa.
